Workshops offered by LIOS
LIOS’s approach to leadership emphasizes integrity, self-awareness and understanding of how and why individuals act, react and interact as they do in groups.
The Institute’s workshops provide in-depth training for professionals who want to bring about significant change in their organizations and to recharge their roles in teams, departments, boards or corporations.
Our workshops are designed for individuals who work in a variety of fields, including health, information technology, government, law, education and industry. All LIOS workshops can be tailored to your organization’s specific needs and can be presented at your worksite.

Results-Focused Communications Quickly and effectively sharpen communication skills and learn how to use them to facilitate creative change. Rebate offer! Should you decide to pursue a Master of Arts degree with LIOS, participants of RFC will receive a rebate of 50% of the RFC workshop fee when you enroll in one of LIOS' next two programs.
InterAct: Quality Workplace Relations Develop a new way of thinking about leadership in a variety of organizational contexts. The InterAct series provides the fundamentals of LIOS’s concept of leadership as a state of being.
Lifelong Sexual Health Life-long sexuality emphasizes the internal and experiential work of the health provider in order to enhance their ability to acknowledge and addresses their client’s needs in therapeutic settings. *Master's Level Elective Course
InterAct Advanced Refresh and deepen the powerful interpersonal skills learned in InterAct: Quality Workplace Relations and in the LIOS graduate program. InterAct Advanced provides grads of both programs an opportunity to continue to advance their leadership skills within their current work environment. This can be achieved through work-team and/or individual coaching. Please contact LIOS for more information.
Skill Group Intensive Provides an opportunity for those who have already acquired group leader/group member skills in a LIOS educational setting to engage deeply with other professionals in an extended learning experience. Offered once a year typically in the summer.

When you are ready to register for a LIOS workshop, download the Workshop Registration Form and fax it to us at 425.939.8110 or mail it to: 14506 Juanita Dr. NE Kenmore, WA 98028. You can call 425.939.8100 for more information but all registrations must be submitted in writing.
Payment/Cancellation Policy (as of 4/1/08): All registrants must submit a Registration Form with Payment prior to first day of seminar. Phone registrations are not accepted. All registrants may only request one (1) transfer. Cancellations received prior to the two-week deadline will receive a full refund. Those who cancel within 14 days of workshop are not eligible to receive a refund, but may transfer registration to the next scheduled workshop (on a space-available basis). Cancellations without a transfer request will be charged a $50 fee to cover materials and over related expences. All requests for transfer must also be submitted in writing to liosadmissions@lios.org. If attendance at the next scheduled workshop is not possible, no further accommodations can be made. All workshop “no shows” forfeit their full registration cost. No transfers are allowed. Walk-in workshop registrations cannot be accommodated. To indicate that you have read, understood and accepted these policies, please sign and date the registration form.
