Student Payment Policy

Your first tuition payment is due on or before the first day of your first module in the LIOS program. If you have been rewarded financial aid, you may provide the LIOS Finance Office with a copy of your official award letter to defer your payment until the award check arrives.

If your employer is paying your tuition, you need to submit a verification letter from your employer, stating in clear terms what is being covered in order to defer payment. If this applies to you, contact LIOS Finance Office to make payment arrangements.

After the payment due date, there will be a monthly 1.25% finance charge on the unpaid balance and a quarterly $25 deferment fee. A student who does not meet his/her financial obligations may not be allowed in the classroom. You are expected to keep your account current in order to progress from quarter to quarter. Due dates for all payments are listed on the Tuition and Fee Schedule, as noted above.

Decisions to withdraw from the program or postpone your start date are subject to the Student Accounts, Withdrawals and Refunds policy.

Payments may be made using a Visa or Mastercard, personal checks or money orders. All payments must be remitted in U.S. funds. Submit payment by contacting LIOS Finance Office with your credit card information or by mailing your payment to:
