Certification Options
Option 1: Four-Day Comprehensive Program
Two-day Intensive plus Two-day Certification
This begins with the two-day "EQ In Relationship Intensive" which focuses on learning about you in relationship, real-time. It blends emotional intelligence theory with real-time action, practice, and coaching with application and action planning to your real world context. The last two days move to applying what you learned to your professional practice. The goal is to become knowledgeable and competent in the use of 1) The EQ In Action Profile-assessment tool, 2) The Right Choice - A behavioral interview process for assessing emotional competence, 3) EQ Learning Tool-An exercise in Self-Reflection, and 4) Consulting & Training designs and materials.
Cost: $2350 - $200 savings if purchased together rather then sparately (CEU Credits available)
Option 2: Private Group for senior professionals provided at your facilities (two days)
This certification program is available for organizations wanting to train and certify internal senior professionals or for a group of eight or more external senior consultants or coaches in the use of "EQ In Action Profile--A profile of you in relationship." It assumes participants bring well-developed skills and successful leading, consulting, and/or facilitation experience.
Cost: $1450 - 10% discount for 45 days or more early regisration and payment (CEU credits available)
Option 3: Distance-Learning: total self-study with three teleconference sessions
This is available for internal and external senior consultants and coaches who bring actively incorporate emotional intelligence in their work today or are adding this component now. A detailed overview of this process is available.
