LIOS Partners and Affiliate workshops
LIOS partners in the presentation of affiliate workshops and trainings which are independently offered by non-LIOS instructors but grow out of or expand on the principles of leadership and self-awareness associated with the LIOS philosophy. LIOS also partners with Kore Leadership and Pacific Integral in sponsoring certificate programs. Executive Coaching Theories and Concepts. Provides an orientation to the theory and concepts of executive coaching. Emphasizes the importance of connecting business and people issues in leadership coaching. Facilitator Mary Beth O’Neill is a former LIOS faculty member.
Executive Coaching Skills Training. Offers intensive, experiential skill practice in advanced executive coaching methods. Includes in-depth exploration of the issues coaches face when building resilience in their clients and themselves. Facilitator Mary Beth O’Neill is a former LIOS faculty member.
EQ in Relationships. Increase your knowledge of and competency in integrating emotional intelligence instruments and tools into your profession. Facilitator Ron Short is a co-founder of LIOS.
The Women’s Integral Leadership Circle is an intensive, six-month, transformative-learning program for women who want to cultivate their ability to be powerful, effective women leaders. The Circle uses an integral approach that addresses the unique challenges faced by women leaders and enables them to engage their full cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and physical capacities in everything they do.
