Items of Interest

Items of Interest is an electronic newsletter published once a month. Items of Interest contains Institute news and upcoming events, book and film reviews, up-dates about LIOS alumni, workshops and conferences of interest, employment opportunities, office rental announcements, etc. We keep five issues of Items of Interest archived on our website for your reference.

Please note that the deadline for submitting material for the December 2009 issue of Items of Interest is 11/20/09. Please call 425.968.3400 for further information.

*NOTE: Important: New Format to Follow When Submitting Information about Workshops, Conferences and Special Events. In future, we will only  include basic Who, What, When, Where information, taking up about one fourth of a page. Please send submissions in this format, as we will not be able to edit them down to size or use large PDFs.

Items #100 October/November, 2009

    Highlights:

  • Amazingly, this is the 100th issue of the LIOS newsletter, which began way back in 2002 as a humble, unadorned, ad hoc list of…items of interest to alumni, faculty and students. We have, I trust, evolved!

  • Lots of changes at Saybrook University and LIOS Graduate College: Read all about the new Interim President  of the University, along with a new Dean and Interim Admissions Director at LIOS.

  • Check out the details of Sherene Zolno’s Symposium on Appreciative Leading: Seeing a Way to a Healthy World, scheduled for November 12.

  • Get an earlybird look at the Contents of the new issue of Linkage, coming your way in November.

  • And…

First announcement of 2010 Couples Intensive,  presented by Tim Weber, Ph.D., and Diane Schachter, M.S.W.
