I chose the name Brave Heart Consulting(before I saw the Mel Gibson movie!) because it takes courage to change. Change is hardand it is possible. My work is about helping people take and keep taking courageous, and most often small, steps that add up to big change and accomplishing what they want to do. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is one of my areas of specialty for individuals and teams.
