With over 20 years as an educator, consultant, manager, leader and speaker, Dr. Drogin specializes in leadership and organizational development, project and business management, team development and whole systems thinking. Highly effective and creative, he offers others the benefit of his experience, working knowledge and effective communication skills.

Dr. Drogin’s numerous accomplishments include directing the construction of a multi-million dollar performing arts center for the Findhorn Foundation, Scotland, and leading the Quality Training and Education Center for the Material Division, Boeing Company. He has consulted with Alaska Airlines, Port of Tacoma, Snohomish PUD, Boeing, Seattle University, and others. He has coached executives of numerous organizations including Port of Seattle, Safeco, and Seattle City Light. In addition to Leadership Institute of Seattle, Dr. Drogin has taught at Seattle University, University of Washington, University of Phoenix, and City University.

Community and spiritual development are deeply held values in his life and he serves his community in various ways including as Vice-President of the Board of the Fine Arts Center of Edmonds. Appreciative Inquiry, an organizational philosophy that values the life affirming forces of organizations, informs most aspects of his work and his life. When he isn’t working, you can usually find him bicycling, kayaking, woodworking or exploring the great outdoors.
