Donald Williamson is a highly respected systems psychologist, who has served on the faculties of Duke University, University of Houston and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston. He has been President, Fellow and Master Therapist with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, a Fellow of American Psychological Association and a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has authored a book entitled "The Intimacy Paradox" (Guilford, 1991) and 45 journal articles. Presently Senior Fellow at the Leadership Institute of Seattle, his current area of special interest--in his writing, teaching and research-- is Leadership and Integrity and the relationship between these important concepts.
